Well of Illusions!

Woke up at 7 plus this morning.
Slack a while before going off for practice at Siglap South CC.
Travelled there & reached Siglap South CC at about 10.15am.
Went to the practice room & saw Sharon, Bee Kwee & Weixiang.
Happen that when I walked in Yik Hang went to the washroom & Benjamin has not reached.
& Jian Xiang had an exam coming soon so he didn't attend practice today.
We practiced our own parts of any songs at first.
After about 20 minutes or so, Benjamin came.
Since Sharon, Weixiang & I were going through the 大鼓 part for 老鼠娶亲.
We all practiced 老鼠娶亲 first.
Went through a few times to correct some problems & we went on to the next song.
Next, we practiced 鸭子拌嘴.
Went through a few movement problems before moving on.
Then we practice 锦鸡出山.
Not much of a problem, used Mr Quek's instrument. :D
Next was 冲天炮, it was great!!.
Moved the drums to the outside of the room as the ceiling were too low.
Move out and practiced.
Sound effect & visual effect were awsome!!.
Moved the instruments in & started practice on Lion.
As Benjamin was rushing for time, we went throuh Lion once & move on to 龙腾虎跃.
Benjamin went off after that.
We polish up our Lion & 龙腾虎跃 after the left.
After that was left with Sharon, Bee kwee, Weixiang Yik Hang & me.
We went through 滚核桃 & practice ends.
We labelled the drums we need before keeping.
Packed the 铜器 together & left.
&&& while packing, we realised that we forgotten to go through 老虎磨牙.
But since its a familiar song.
We will only be going through next week with Mr Quek.
All these songs are practiced for our upcoming performance.
Which is next sunday at Kallang CC, an Art Festival Performance.
Songs I have mentioned will be performed.

8. "Lion" will be encore.

After practice, went off with Weixiang.
Bus-ed to Bedok interchange & we went to eat.
After that we took 168 all the way to Woodlands interchange.
I went to take 913 home while Weixiang went to take his bus.
Homed around 5.30pm.
Rested a while & went to sleep.
Woke up at 8 plus & had dinner at 9pm.
&&& now, blogging.
